Charming and ever-so-modest, Matt was co-founder of the Melbourne institution Pope Joan in Brunswick East and The Pie Shop next door.

These days you’ll find him amongst the kitchen & gardens at Montalto Winery on the Mornington Peninsula as Culinary Director and playing with spices for Street BBQ developing seasonings & rubs.
